2026 USILA Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week – Division III – Week of March 23

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2026 Division III Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week accolades on March 23. Players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

- Quentan Polkowski, Goalie, So., Marcellus, N.Y. (MCLA). 31 saves, 77.5 save percentage, 4.50 goals against average. Polkowski made 31 saves on 40 shots in a pair of wins for MCLA last week, while also grabbing 14 ground balls and causing two turnovers. He made 14 stops – including 11 in the second half – to earn an 8-6 win over St. Joseph’s (L.I.), then stopped 17-of-20 shots in a victory over Centenary (N.J.).

- Tommy LeBlanc, Defense, Sr., Grand Blanc, Mich. (Franciscan). 7 ground balls, 6 caused turnovers, 1 goal. LeBlanc forced six turnovers and picked up seven ground balls in Franciscan’s 14-6 victory over Earlham, while also scoring a goal and playing the center of the 10-man ride.

- Jay O’Keefe, Defense, Sr., Richmond, Va. (Washington & Lee). 7 ground balls, 5 caused turnovers, 1 goal. O'Keefe led the defensive efforts for #16 Washington & Lee in a 2-0 week, totaling seven ground balls and five caused turnovers. He opened with two caused turnovers and four ground balls in a 14-10 comeback win against Roanoke on Wednesday, before he went for three ground balls, three caused turnovers and a goal in a 24-5 win at Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday.

- Kalon Ross, Defense, Jr., Landover, Md. (Randolph). 14 ground balls, 9 caused turnovers. Ross was a big factor on the defensive end in two Randolph wins last week, finishing with 14 ground balls and nine caused turnovers. He caused a season-high five miscues and picked up six ground balls in an 11-7 win over Warren Wilson. He followed that with a season-high eight ground balls and four caused turnovers in the Wildcats' 10-8 win over Averett, including a CT with 3:53 left in the fourth quarter to prevent a Cougar scoring opportunity.

- Beau Burns, Faceoff Specialist, Gr., Washington, D.C. (Babson). 95.2 percent faceoff percentage (20 of 21), 15 ground balls. Burns won 20-of-21 faceoffs and picked up 15 ground balls as #6 Babson stayed unbeaten. He was 12-of-12 in the first half and won his first 14 faceoffs to begin the game.

- Sean Donaldson, Midfield, Jr., Springfield, Pa. (St. John Fisher). 6 goals, 2 assists, 2 ground balls. Donaldson matched his career high with four goals and had an assist for five points to lead #12 St. John Fisher to a 10-8 victory over #19 Cortland on Saturday. He scored three goals in the second half, with one coming during a three-goal fourth-quarter run that put Fisher in front for good. He added two goals and an assist earlier in the week against #10 RIT.

- Riley Strub, Midfield, Sr., Darien, Conn. (Salisbury). 10 goals, 2 assists, 5 ground balls, 1 caused turnover. Strub had 10 goals with two assists in two wins for #5 Salisbury last week, scoring a career high eight goals on Saturday against Stevenson and adding two goals and two helpers against Colorado College.

- Gibson Heethuis, Jr., Attack, Hudsonville, Mich. (Hope). 11 goals, 11 assists, 5 ground balls, 1 caused turnover. Heethuis went for 11 goals and 11 assists in two Hope wins despite playing just over a half in each outing. He had four goals and nine helpers in a win over Edgewood, then added seven goals and two assists to help beat Carroll.

- Connor Herraiz, Sr., Attack, Succasunna, N.J. (Salisbury). 5 goals, 9 assists, 9 ground balls. Herraiz helped #5 Salisbury to a pair of victories last week, going for three goals and six assists for nine points versus Stevenson and chipping in two goals and three assists against Colorado College.

- Owen Kupsey, So., Attack, Chadds Ford, Pa. (Penn College). 12 goals, 2 assists, 3 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers. Kupsey led Penn College to a 2-0 week. He scored six goals with two assists in a 13-6 win over Marywood, then added six goals in the program’s first win over Montclair State, scoring four times as part of a 9-1 game-opening run in the 16-12 victory.
