2025 USILA Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week – Division III – Week of March 31

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2025 Division III Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week accolades on Wednesday, April 2. Players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

1. Aidan Murphy, Goalie, Sr., Lindenhurst, Ill. (North Central). 70.0 save percentage, 8.00 goals against average, 19 saves, 3 ground balls, 1 caused turnover. In the team’s lone game of the week, Murphy made 19 saves in a 9-8 win over Calvin, including a stop with 26 seconds left and another at the buzzer to secure the victory.

2. Luke Marascio, Faceoff Specialist, Fy., Rumson, N.J. (Denison). 100.0 faceoff percentage (31 of 31), 25 ground balls, 2 goals. Marascio did not lose a faceoff in two games last week, winning all eight in a 12- 11 win over #16 York (Pa.) and going 23 for 23 in a win over Hiram. He also scooped up 25 ground balls between the two games and scored two goals.

3. Will Robertson, Faceoff Specialist, So., Lutherville, Md. (Randolph-Macon). 100.0 faceoff percentage (24 of 24), 12 ground balls, 2 goals. Robertson was a perfect 24-of-24 at the faceoff spot this week. He went 11 for 11 with ground balls and two goals in Wednesday's win over Randolph, then had a 13-of13 effort with five ground balls in Saturday's win vs. Guilford.

4. Elliot Cohen, Defensive Midfield, Jr., Stamford, Conn. (Washington and Lee). 6 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers, 1 goal, 1 assist. Cohen was effective on both ends of the field in a 2-0 week for #10 Washington and Lee, totaling six ground balls and two caused turnovers. In an 18-8 win over Bridgewater, Cohen caused a turnover and picked up four ground balls, before he scooped up another two ground balls, caused a turnover and tallied two points on a goal and an assist in a 20-6 win at Hampden-Sydney.

5. Colin August, Midfield, Jr., Garrison, N.Y. (Hartwick). 5 goals, 1 assist, 2 ground balls, 1 caused turnover. August played a role in six of his team’s 11 goals in an 11-9 victory over Brockport with five goals and an assist, including three goals during a game-clinching 5-0 run over the second and third quarters.

6. Luca Docking, Midfield, 5th, Chevy Chase, Md. (Roanoke). 7 goals, 4 assists, 4 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers. Docking posted seven goals and four assists in two games last week for Roanoke. He had six goals and two assists in a 15-12 win over Centre, then added a goal and two helpers at #7 Amherst.

7. Michael Jonas, Attack, Sr., Holland, Mich. (Adrian). 8 goals, 3 assists, 2 ground balls. Jonas had a huge day against Illinois Wesleyan, scoring 11 points on eight goals and three assists. He shot an outstanding 48 percent on the day to tie the program record for points in a single game.

8. Bryan Maguire, Attack, Sr., Pheonixville, Pa. (Marymount). 1 goal, 13 assists, 2 ground balls. Set Marymount’s single-game assists and points record with a goal and 13 assists in a 24-12 win over Manhattanville.

9. Nate Senez, Attack, Sr., Efland, N.C. (RIT). 5 goals, 4 assists, 9 ground balls, 1 caused turnover. Senez recorded nine points on five goals and four assists while grabbing six ground balls and causing one turnover to lead #3 RIT to a 2-0 record last week. The senior attack scored two goals and had three assists in the Tigers 12-10 win at #17 Cortland and then tallied three goals and an assist in RIT's 15-8 win at Vassar.

10. Sean Keane, Attack, Jr., Buffalo, N.Y. (John Carroll). 16 goals, 7 ground balls, 1 caused turnover. Keane tied a Division III single-game record with 13 goals in Wednesday’s win over Heidelberg, followed up by three second-half goals, including the eventual game-winner, in a 17-13 victory over Capital.
