2025 USILA Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week – Division II – Week of March 17

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2025 Division II Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week accolades on Wednesday, March 17. Players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

1. Luke Hildebrandt A Emmanuel University Luke is a spark plug for our team, he took over in all three games we had this week.While also shooting 70% in all three games. In our conference matchup against Chowan alone he had 7 points and broke our program record of 8 goals in our game vs. Virginia state. 

2. Trace McDonald A Flagler College Trace lead us to wins over PBA and Lynn to lead us to a 7-1 record over the SSC ... 9-1 overall. 

3. Malikye Good A Lewis Good led the Flyers with 8 points (4g 4a) in a win over Northwood and 10 points (7g 3a) in a win over Davenport.

4. Josh McCallion A Mars Hill Josh had 7 goals in our mid week game against Thomas More and 3 goals in our ranked win against Catawba.

5. Ryan Thomas D Bridgeport Thomas served as UB's defensive anchor during a 1-1 stretch last week. He finished the two games with nine caused turnovers and 11 ground balls. 

6. Carson Corona Def Florida Southern Corona led the Moccasin defensive effort as FSC upset unbeaten and #13 Colorado Mesa 15-8 Saturday night. Corona posted career-highs in both CTOs (7) and GBs (6). The loss was the first for the Mavericks in nearly a year.

7. Brandon Shaffner FO Montevallo Brandon went 19/25 at the dot with 0 turnovers in Montevallo's 22-11 win over William Jewell.

8. Cooper Wilson FO Saint Michael's Wilson went 12-for-22 on faceoffs against No. 1/2 Adelphi, earning the most wins by any player against the Panthers this season, and in nine games dating back to 2024. In the process, Wilson set a school record for career faceoff wins (496).

9. Jayden Rios M/FO Felician Jayden went 16/19 on Faceoffs, while also contributing four goals on the offensive side in our game against Chestnut Hill. 

10. Justin Simonson MF Maryville Tallied 10 points in two road games at nationally-ranked opponents. Scored one goal and had two assists at No. 16 Saint Leo. Tied his season high with four goals and added three assists for seven points in a win at No. 20 Rollins. Went over 100 points for his career.
