The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2022 Division II Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, May 2. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
The list of honorees are as follows:
- Aryan Krause – Attack – CSU Pueblo
4G, 1A to help CSU Pueblo seal 4th consecutive appearance in RMAC Tournament with win over Adams State. Final game of regular season. Leads all players in RMAC in conference stats with 15g, 19a on season (34pts in 6 conference games).
- Patrick Kaschalk – Attack – Lindenwood
Kaschalk led Lindenwood to a GLVC Tournament title, earning wins over Rockhurst and UIndy. Kaschalk scored five goals and had one assist in the semifinal win over Rockhurst, before matching a single-game program record with seven goals scored and setting a new single-game record with nine total points.
- Parker Johnson – Attack – UIndy
Tallied 6 goals and 2 assists in 2 games while taking 13 shots. In Sunday’s GLVC championship he netted his 100th career goal to become only the second player in program history with 100+ goals.
- Giovanni Marino – Attack – Wilmington
Set a new school and CACC record with 56 goals this season after a 9 goal performance against Dominican in the CACC Tournament Semifinals.
- Collin Galinski - Defense – UAH
Collin was a standout in the #1 seed clinching game vs Lander. He secured 5 caused turnovers and 5gb's in the bout. One of his CT's leading to the game winning goal. Helped hold the top scoring offense to just above half of their average GPG. Collin was also named the PBC player of the week.
- Cam Bartolomeo – FOGO – Bentley
Bartolomeo went 5-6 in the circle and had four ground balls in Bentley's 7-3 win over No. 11 Pace in the NE10 first round. He had 8 ground balls in a win over SNHU in the final game of the regular season.
- Dylan Renner – Goalie – Adelphi
Dylan Renner held #2 Le Moyne to 7 goals, on 38 shots faced - picking up 14 saves and two ground balls.
- Tallen Smith – Midfield – Georgian Court
A goal and 5 assists as well as 2 GB’s for the week.
- Mike McGarry – Midfield – Limestone
Led the Limestone offense with 11 goals during the South Atlantic Conference Tournament - posted six goals in a 16-11 win over Queens and followed up with five goals and an assist in the title game against Lenoir-Rhyne.
- Kyle Hirshom – Midfield – St. Michaels
