2022 USILA / Dynamic Team of the Week – Division III – Week of April 25

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2022 Division III Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Wednesday, April 27. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

- Camden Bowdy, Denison, Attack
Finished with 10 goals and four assists during another 2-0 week for the Big Red. Against DePauw on Wednesday, Bowdy would finish with a career-high seven goals and added four assists for a total of 11 points, only one point shy of the Denison program record for points that he matched last season. Then during his Senior Day against Allegheny on Saturday, Bowdy scored three goals to record his eighth hat trick in his last nine games,
 
- Owen Yake, Elizabethtown, Attack
Senior Owen Yake finished the week with 13 total points to lead the Elizabethtown offense to two 20+ goal efforts in back-to-back wins. The Yardley, Pa. native kicked off the week with a six goal effort in the Blue Jays 25-5 win over Moravian. Yake followed up that performance by finishing with five goals and two assists to pace a Blue Jays offense that scored more than 20 goals for the third straight game. Yake is tied for first in the Landmark in goals (56) and is second in points (61). The senior has also shattered the single-season record for goals with 61, outpacing the next closest by 13 with one regular season game to go.
 
- Zeke Tocci, Maine Maritime Academy, Attack
Tocci had an impressive week for the Mariners in their 2-1 week, playing three games in five days. The attackman tallied 20 points over three games, scoring 11 goals, including a man up-goal, and dishing out nine assists, while scooping up five ground balls and causing five turnovers. Tocci tallied a season-high six goals and dished out four assists, for 10 points, while also scooping up three ground balls and causing three turnovers in the Mariners 31-1 win over Thomas College on Wednesday night. He followed that up on Friday night with two goals, including a man-up goal, and three assists in the Mariners 12-9 win over SUNY Poly, helping hand SUNY Poly their first ever conference loss since joining the NAC. In the Mariners tough loss to Canton on Sunday, Tocci tallied three goals and dished out a pair of assists, while also scooping up a pair of ground balls and causing a pair of turnovers.
 
- James Thatcher, Penn College, Attack
James scored three goals and dished out 3 assists against St. Mary's and netted one goal with five assists in limited action against Medaille.
 
- Hunter Olsen, SUNY Canton, Attack
Olsen led all players with 11 points and six assists to go with five goals and six ground balls in a crucial 23-19 NAC win v. Maine Maritime on Sunday. With the
win the Roos drew even with the Mariners in the league standings at 5-2 but own the tiebreaker with one game remaining. The senior captain and reigning NAC Player of the Year eclipsed the 100-career goal milestone. He now has extended his program career point record to 193 career points on 103 goals and 90 assists and is zoning in on 100 career assists and 200 career points.
 
- Ethan Dosen, Aurora, Defense
Ethan Dosen led Aurora to a pair of key NACC wins over Benedictine (14-13 2 OT) and Concordia Wisconsin (12-8). The top AU defender caused six turnovers while picking up 13 total ground balls. In the win over BenU, he had four caused turnovers and then picked up eight ground balls in the win over CUW.
 
- Christian Baucom, Kean, FO
91.4% over three games
 
- William Helm, St. Lawrence, Goalie
Helm powered the No. 10 Saints defense on a 2-0 week with a 17-6 midweek win over Clarkson and an 11-7 win over No. 14 RPI on Saturday. Helm completely shutout the Engineers defense in the win, holding them scoreless the entire second half. 
 
- Bayard DeMallie, Amherst College, Midfield
5 goals and 1 assist versus Middlebury
 
- Shane Ford, Stevenson, Midfield
Provided consistency on the offensive end for 15th-ranked Stevenson in two resounding wins... Scored seven points against LVC, following it up with eight points against Albright... Reached the 100-career point milestone with assists against Lebnon Valley.... Dealt out seven assists, just one shy of a single-game school record, against Albright over the weekend.
