2022 USILA / Dynamic Team of the Week – Division III – Week of April 18

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2022 Division III Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, April 19. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

- Thomas Tillett – Attack – Benedictine
Set the NCAA all division record by notching 15 assists in a win over Concordia Chicago - Broke one of the longest records in Division III (1997) and smashed the record of 12 set for D1 and D2. 
 
- Keijo Day – Attack – Concordia Wisconsin   
Scored 21 points on the week ... Against Concordia Chicago he broke the program record for points in a game (12), goals in a single season and career assists. 
 
- Josh Branna – Attack – Stevenson  
Racked up another strong week offensively in leading the Mustangs to a pair of victories... Notched 17 points on the week, including 7 goals and four assists against Messiah. 
 
- Ewan Temple – Attack – Washington College
Temple scored a team-high nine goals and added three assists for a squad-best 12 points in a 2-0 week for the Shoremen. He netted a career-best five goals and added an assist for six points as Washington netted its first Centennial win of the season. Temple scored a goal in each quarter and his five goals, and six points led all players as he also picked up three ground balls. On Saturday at Haverford, he led all players with four goals and six points as the Shoremen won 15-12. He scored two man-up goals and passed out a pair of helpers.
 
- Keirnan Stone – Defense – Oberlin  
Keirnan Stone has been a menace for Oberlin opponents all year long and this week was no different, recording five ground balls and two caused turnovers in against national power Denison and then followed with 11 ground balls and eight caused turnovers in a commanding win at DePauw. 
 
- Gabriel Alexander – FO – Bridgewater College
Set Bridgewater single-season ground ball record after picking up 12 ground balls in the first half in a 25-4 victory against Randolph and won 14 of 15 faceoffs. In a 14-13 victory against Shenandoah, Alexander went 18 of 25, including a pivotal FO win in the fourth that led to the game-winning goal. In total, he collected 15 ground balls against the Hornets. Alexander continues to lead the ODAC in ground balls.
 
- Jed Astbury – FO – Maine Maritime Academy
Astbury was instrumental in Maine Maritime’s 27-9 win over NAC rival Husson University on Wednesday. Astbury went 25 of 39 (64%) from the face off to set a new MMA single-game record in face off wins. The junior midfielder also tallied two goals, dished out an assist, and scooped up a game-high 13 ground balls.
 
Drew Hutchison – Goalie – RIT
Hutchison recorded a 2-0 record, a 4.67 goals against average and a .774 save percentage to help No. 3 RIT to a pair of wins last week. He made 14 saves and allowed four goals in the Tigers 19-6 win at Ithaca, Wednesday. He made 10 saves in three quarters of action in the Tigers 16-6 win against Clarkson, Saturday.
 
- Nick Lamattina – Midfield – Massachusetts Maritime Academy
Lamattina scored four goals, two on man-up opportunities, for the Bucs in the team's win over Plymouth State in Conference play.
 
- Dylan Wolfe – Midfield – University of Lynchburg
Wolfe returned from injury to score a season-best eight points on six goals and two assists to help the 13th-ranked Hornets blow out Roanoke on the road Saturday night.
