The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2022 Division I Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, April 19. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
The list of honorees are as follows:
- Kenny Brower, Duke, D
Led the defense in a 17-8 win over Virginia; held nation’s fifth-leading scorer without a goal and to two assists, nearly four points below season average.
- Will Coletti, Army West Point, FO
Won 19 of 28 face-offs and had 17 ground balls in a 17-10 win over Cornell; he also scored a goal and had a caused turnover, and his 17 ground balls were the program single-game record.
- Garrett Degnon, Hopkins, A
Had six goals in a 13-10 win over Penn State; scored six of his team’s first 11 goals as the Blue Jays built an 11-4 lead.
- Chris Gray, UNC, A
Had five goals and an assist in a 14-13 win over Syracuse; scored the game-winner with 15 seconds left.
- Matt Lacombe, Colgate, G
Had 15 saves in a 9-8 win over Lehigh; made 10 of his saves in the second half.
- Devon McLane, Brown, A
Had four goals and two assists in a 20-13 win over Yale; three goals came during a 5-1 fourth-quarter run to put the game away.
- Mark O’Rourke, Bryant, A
Had nine goals and three assists in a 22-10 win over Sacred Heart; set program records for goals and points while scoring the most goals any player in Division I has scored in a game this season.
- Beau Pederson, Princeton, SSDM
Had three caused turnovers and four GBs in a 12-10 win over Dartmouth; had a team-high in CTs as Princeton broke the program single-game record with 18.
- Alston Terry, Bucknell, A
Had six goals, six assists and five ground balls in a win over Holy Cross; set the program record for points in a game.
- Jamie Zusi, Penn, FO
Won 18 of 22 face-offs and had 12 ground balls in an 11-8 win over Harvard; went 5 for 5 in the third quarter as Penn outscored Harvard 5-0.
