2021 USILA / Dynamic Team of the Week – Division I – Week of April 26

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2021 Division I Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, April 27. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

- A - Ryan Frawley, UMBC / vs. Stony Brook / Produced 7 points on 5 goals and a pair of assists, including the game- winner in overtime against the Seawolves

- A - Dylan Foulds, Penn State / vs. Ohio State / Scored 4 goals in the win over Ohio State, including the game- winner with just 23 seconds left in the game ... responsible for 3 of the Nittany Lions' 4 goals in the fourth quarter in the come-from-behind win

- A - Corey McManus, Villanova / vs. Marquette / Scored 6 goals on 7 shots to lead Villanova to a 19-8 rout over Marquette

- A - Christian Mule, Lehigh / vs. Bucknell / Scored a career-best 10 points on 7 goals and 3 assists ... his 10-point performance was the best by a Lehigh player since Dan Taylor in 2015 ... one of 11 players in the country to reach double-digit scoring in a game this season

- A - Michael Sowers, Duke / vs. Notre Dame / Scored 5 points on 4 goals and 1 assist ... scored 2 of the last 3 goals, assisting on the game-winning goal

- A - Logan Wisnauskas, Maryland / vs. Johns Hopkins / Scored 4 times on the day, including his game-winner on a diving shot with 18 seconds remaining ... 2 of his 4 goals were scored in the final 2 minutes of the contest ... also contributed an assist

- M - Kevin Tobin, Massachusetts / vs. Fairfield / Scored a career-high 9 points on 3 goals and 6 assists ... it's the most points by a UMass player since Kyle Smith's 9 points against Delaware in 2013 ... Tobin also eclipsed 100- career points, becoming the 44th player in program history to achieve the feat

- FO - Jakob Phaup, Syracuse / vs. Virginia / Won 24 of the 27 draws (88.9), including 15 of 16 against Petey LaSalla, who ranks 6th nationally in winning percentage

- GK - Owen McElroy, Georgetown / vs. Providence / Made 24 stops between the pipes for the Hoyas, while allowing just 4 against the Friars ... the 24 saves are the second most in program history - 29 by Jim Kenny vs. Drexel in 1989

GK - Spencer Rees, Navy / vs. Army / Made a career-high 19 saves in cage, while yielding just 4 goals to the Black Knights as Navy upset the 10th-ranked Black Knights ... 14 of his 19 saves were made in the second half, as Navy held Army to its lowest scoring output since 2017 (4 vs. Loyola) and the fewest goals in the annual Star Game since 2009 (Navy won 8-4)
