2021 USILA / Dynamic Team of the Week – Division I – Week of March 1

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2021 Division I Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, March 2. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

-A - Joe Robertson, Duke / vs. Air Force / 7G, 3A, 10 Pts, career highs in goals and points, just short of school records in both categories

-A - Mike Robinson, Delaware / vs. Saint Joseph's and Bellarmine / 12G and Pts combined, 9G on 12 sh vs. Saint Joseph's are most since Hayler Osborn scored the same number vs. Towson State on May 4, 1963

-A - Joey Epstein, Johns Hopkins / vs. Michigan / 6G and Pts, 8 sh, scored 4 of the team's first 5 goals en route to 14-7 win

-A - Pat Kavanagh, Notre Dame / vs. Robert Morris / 2G, 7A, 9 Pts, tied the school record for single-game assists and points

-A - Ryan Tierney, Hofstra / vs. Stony Brook / 8G, 3A, 11 Pts, 11 Sh LSM - Ethan Rall, Rutgers / vs. Ohio State / 4CT, 6GB, defended Grant Mitchell who was held scoreless and had 4 turnovers

-D - Mitch Wykoff, Syracuse / vs. Virginia / held Matt Moore to just 1 assist, snapping a 29-game goal-scoring streak which was the sixth-longest in the country

-GK - Logan McNaney, Maryland / vs. Penn State / 16 sv, 7GA, held PSU to 7 goals, the fewest in a game by the Nittany Lions since March 10, 2018

-GK - Owen McElroy, Georgetown / vs. St. John's / 10 sv, 1 GA, held the Red Storm scoreless after their only goal more than 12 minutes into the game

-FO - Jakob Phaup, Syracuse / vs. Virginia / 22-33, 66.7%, 8 GB, faced off against Petey Lasalla who came into the contest ranked #2 nationally
