The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its 2021 Division III Dynamic Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, March 16. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
The list of honorees are as follows:
-Bobby Bausman, Sr., Defense, Immaculata (Lansdale, Pa.) - 1 GP, 12 GB, 3 CT, 65 FO% ... Bobby Bausman led the team in ground balls and caused turnovers for the second week in a row. Bausman also won 13-of-20 faceoffs during the game.
-Drew Conlon, Jr., Attack, Neumann (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) - 1 GP, 9 G, 1 A, 4 GB ... Drew Conlon led Neumann with nine goals on 13 shots in a 18-6 win vs. Marywood. He picked up one assist as well.
-Dan Dickerson, Jr., LSM, Illinois Wesleyan (Wheaton, Ill.) - 1 GP, 2 G, 1 A, 4 GB ... Dan Dickerson dominated on every wing he took, accumulating four ground balls. He added two timely goals on three shots taken and an assist late in the fourth quarter to secure the 16- 14 win against Rhodes College.
-Nick Dueweke, Jr., Attack, Calvin (Clarkston, Mich.) - 1 GP, 10 G, 1 A, 5 GB, 1 CT ... Nick Dueweke had a huge game during the comeback win. Dueweke scored 10 goals on 13 shots (76.9% shooting) and added an assist. Dueweke scored four of his goals off ride back turnovers, one of which he picked off the goalie and finished.
-Cross Ferrara, Sr., Attack, Salisbury (Greenville, Del.) - 1 GP, 11 G, 1 A, 3 GB ... Cross Ferrara scored 11 goals and had one assist during a victory against Southern Virginia.
-Thomas Francy, Jr., Goalie, Kean (Keyport, N.J.) - 1 GP, 1 G, 4 GB, 66 SV%, 7.00 GAA ... Thomas Francy led an amazing defensive effort to beat Montclair State for the first time in 12 seasons .He had 14 Saves in cage but the highlight of the 9-7 win was when he heaved a 55 yard shot on goal and scored his first collegiate goal.
-Max Leventis, Jr., Midfield, Adrian, Howell, Mich. - 2 GP, 28 GB, 68 FO% ... Max Leventis became Adrian's career face-off wins leader in a 14-10 win over Concordia-Chicago by going 22-for-25 with 16 GBs and now he has 375-644. Ten of his draws versus the Cougars directly led to Bulldog goals.
-Cameron Marous, Sr., Attack, Ohio Northern (Brecksville, Ohio) - 1 GP, 5 G, 3 A, 6 GB ... Last week, Cameron Marous had one goal and seven assists to break the school record. This week, he set the tone by scoring five goals and adding three assists, including a top corner goal to start the game before sparking a run during the second quarter.
-Jared Nelson, Sr., Attack, Pfeiffer (Vestal, N.Y.) - 1 GP, 4 G, 5 A, 2 GB ... Jared Nelson had nine points (4G, 5A) in Pfeiffer's 16-12 win over Greensboro. Nelson is currently 98 points away from the NCAA Division III record for career points.
-Zeke Tocci, Sr., Attack, Maine Maritime Academy (Naples, Maine) - 2 GP, 10 G, 1 A, 7 GB, 2 CT ... Zeke Tocci was vital to two key wins over conference rivals. He scored 10 goals on 14 shots on goal, including seven goals and one assist on Friday night and had a 55.5% shooting percentage on the weekend while scooping up seven ground balls.
