The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its eighth 2019 Division I Warrior and New Balance Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, April 2. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

Bryan Costabile, Notre Dame (Jr., M, Sykesville, Md.)
Scored five goals in a 13-10 win over Syracuse; the five goals tied his career high.
 
Brandon Galloway, UMBC (Fr., FO, Grasonville, Md.)
Won 20 of 23 face-offs and had a goal and 16 ground balls in a 19-8 win over Lafayette; entered the game with a .364 face-off percentage and then went .870 against the Leopards.
 
Caton Johnson, North Carolina (Fr., G, Lancaster, Pa.)
Made 21 saves while allowing seven goals in a 10-8 win over Duke (one goal came while he was serving a penalty) after having played just eight minutes all season prior to this game; nine of his UNC freshman record 21 saves came in the fourth quarter, when Duke did not score.
 
Reed Junkin, Penn (Sr., G, Wayland, Mass.)
Made a career-high 22 saves in Penn’s 13-12 win over Yale in three OTs; made two saves in each of the first two overtime periods before Penn scored early in the third.
 
Tye Kurtz, Delaware (Fr., A, Puslinch, Ont.)
Had seven goals and three assists in a 15-7 win over Fairfield as the Blue Hens improved to 8-2; the 10 points were a CAA single-game record.
 
Grant Lardieri, UMass Lowell (Sr., G, Ada, Mich.)
Made a career-high 22 saves in an 8-4 win over Vermont; save percentage for the game was .846.
 
Kevin Lindley, Loyola (So., A, Darien, Conn.)
Scored eight goals, seven in the first half, and added two assists for a 10-point day in a 21-7 win over Colgate; eighth goal came with 7:42 to go in the third quarter, and he did not play again after that.
 
Kieran Mullins, Rutgers (Jr., A, Islip, N.Y.)
Had a game-high eight points on four goals and four assists in a 14-6 Rutgers win over previously unbeaten Ohio State; had two goals and two assists in the first 18 minutes of the game as RU built a 6-1 lead.
 
Brendan Nichtern, Army West Point (Fr. A, Massapequa, N.Y.)
Had four goals and four assists for his second career eight-point game in a 15-13 win over Bucknell; snapped a 13-13 tie with two goals in the final 40 seconds.
 
Chris Sabia, Penn State (Sr., D, Harleysville, Pa.)
Had two caused turnovers and three ground balls in a 13-10 win over Maryland; led a defense that allowed just one goal in the first 28 minutes as Penn State built an 8-1 lead and held Maryland to a season-low in goals.
