The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its third 2019 Division III Warrior and New Balance Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, February 26. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

Luc Swedlund, Stockton University (So., A, Randolph, N.J.)
Scored nine goals on 12 shots... Established career highs for goals and points in a game and tied his career high for assists in a game
 
Mac Harden, Elmhurst College (Sr., A, Carlsbad, Calif.)
Had a hand in nine of Elmhurst's first 10 goals in the Bluejays' 14-10 win over Hope. His six assists are the second-highest single-game total in Elmhurst history while his 10 points is the fourth-highest single game total in Elmhurst history.
 
Corey Gwin, Salisbury University (Sr., M, Berlin, MD)
Gwin tallied his second hat trick of the season as he tied for a team-high four goals and posted a team-best six points in No. 2 Salisbury's 17-10 victory over No. 6 Gettysburg College. Gwin also added six groundballs to his stat line and took six shots placing five on cage.
 
Cole Finerty, Springfield College (Sr., GK, Kensington, N.H.)
In his first career start, Finerty made the most of his opportunity as he posted a career-high 22 saves and limited a Golden Flyers offense to just seven goals while facing 41 shots.
 
Joe Hawley, Springfield College (Jr., A, Poulsbo, Wash.)
Hawley led a Springfield offense with a career-best nine points on seven goals and two assists. The junior needed just nine shots to score seven goals and keyed an offense that erupted for 19 goals in their season opener.
 
JT Thelen, Stevenson University (Sr., A, Tampa, Fla.)
Recorded five goals and an assist, including the 200th point of his career, as the Mustangs went on the road and downed No. 9 Denison.
 
Camden Stramanak, Randolph-Macon College (So., D, Annapolis, MD)
Caused 6 turnovers in a comeback victory for Randolph-Macon
 
Sam Ross, Stevenson University (Jr., GK, Collierville, Tenn.)
Stopped 15 of the 21 shots he faced in his first start of the season in goal as Stevenson downed No. 9 Denison 13-6 on Saturday.
 
Max Leventis, Adrian College (Fr., M, Howell, Mich.)
In collegiate debut, recorded second-most ground balls and face-off wins (23-for-30) in school history; Bulldogs lost 14-13 but trailed 12-6 midway through the third quarter to help the Bulldogs make huge comeback bid
 
Jack Ammons, Colorado College (Sr., D, Englewood, CO.)
Ammons anchored Colorado College’s man-down unit that successfully killed seven of eight penalties during a 10-9 overtime victory against Berry College last Saturday. The Tigers were a down a man for a total of 5:51, including the final 57 seconds of regulation. Ammons tied for the team lead with three ground balls and pair of caused turnovers, the second of which directly led to the goal that gave CC a 9-8 lead with 2:29 remaining in the third quarter.
