The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association released its second 2019 Division III Warrior and New Balance Team of the Week accolades on Tuesday, February 19. Ten players earned recognition from the organization as they each posted exceptional performances in their programs games this past week.
 
The list of honorees are as follows:

Josh Melton, Salisbury University (Jr., A, Centennial, Colo.)
Totaled a team-best 9 points in a 16-3 win over Widener University tying the team-high in goals for the afternoon with four while posting a team-best 5 assists. He scored his four goals on just nine shots including seven on goal for the contest.
 
Peter DeSimone, Ursinus College (Sr., A, East Greenwich, R.I.)
Tied his own school record with six assists in a 13-9 upset of No. 17 Stevenson. Added two goals to match his career high with eight points and scooped up a career-high five ground balls.
 
Jordan Krug, Cabrini University (Sr., A, Marlton, N.J.)
Paired 6 goals and an assist to lead #8 Cabrini to a 19-3 win in its season-opener against Haverford. The senior scored 5 goals in the final 13:11 of the third quarter and added a 6th in the opening minute of the fourth. Krug also scooped 3 ground balls and caused a turnover.
 
Brendan McGrath, York (Pa.) College (Sr., A, Warington, Pa.)
Tied his own school record with seven goals in the win over Eastern. Scored his seven goals on just nine shots while his nine points is tied for second on the Spartans' single game list.
 
Nathan Sheirburn, Virginia Wesleyan University (So., M, Pittsville, Md.)
Set career highs in groundballs (15), faceoff wins (19), goals (4) and total points (5).
 
Ethan Grossman, Muhlenberg College (So., A, Hewlett, N.Y.)     
Tied school record with 8 points in season-opening win vs. FDU-Florham. Registered four goals and four assists in the 14-7 triumph.
 
Ryan Gebhardt, Stevens Institute of Technology (So., A, Baldwinsville, N.Y.)
Scored five goals on five shots on goal (13 total shots) as No. 14/No. 13 Stevens defeated Colorado College 13-5.
 
Bobby Hartwick, Dickinson College (Sr., FO, Brookville, Md.)
Had strong start to his senior campaign, winning 19-of-26 face-offs and picked up 16 ground balls in the Red Devils' 13-10 win over St. Mary's College on Saturday. He claimed 7-of-9 in the first half and finished strong in the fourth, controlling 6-of-9 to help secure the win.
 
MacGyver Hay, Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus (Fr., LSM, Mays Landing, N.J.)
Forced five turnovers with six ground balls in college debut in setback against Muhlenberg.
 
Nick Kirk, Ursinus College (Sr., GK, Lancaster, Pa.)

Posted a career-high 16 saves in a 13-9 win at No. 17 Stevenson. Made nine saves in the second half and shut out the Mustangs in the fourth quarter.
